The Polar Bear Plunge at The Lakes is happening on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026.
The annual Polar Bear Plunge held each January at The Lakes of Tempe is our key fundraising event. Polar Bears earn their bragging rights by plunging into the cold community swimming pool. For those not crazy enough to jump, you can support the cause and stay dry as a Teddy Bear.
2026 marks the 14th anniversary of the worth-wild event. Since the inaugural Polar Bear Plunge in 2012, Team Asa has raised more than $120,000 to ensure individuals with differentabilities are able to participate in social and recreational activities. Please help us continue to do so by joining us!
Tempe Adaptive Adventure Day — Saturday, March 7, 2026 – Save the Date
We are honored to have co-founded Tempe’s Adaptive Adventure Day with the Suzy Foundation. This fun-filled day has been designed for individuals with differentabilities and their families. Our adaptive adventures are sure to make everyone feel like a Superhero!
